If you have a valid tracking number for economy delivery, you can track your shipment here: Bulgarian Post Tracking.

If you have not received a confirmation email with a tracking number included, it is likely that your order has not been accepted. Please check your method of payment to confirm that a payment has been made.
If you placed your order after 3pm, or outside office hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm), your order will be processed on the next working day.
Unfortunately we do not price match. We aim to provide you with great value across our range.
If you are unhappy with the taste of your product, unfortunately this is not within our control. However, we value our customers greatly, so please contact us if you are displeased, and we will try our best to rectify the issue.
If the condition of the product is affected (for example, a powdered product has lumps), please check whether this is typical for the product, as some supplements have ingredients which can alter the texture.
In the case that a product is truly unsatisfactory, we can arrange an exchange or provide a refund once we receive your return.

If you have mistakenly received an incorrect product or flavor, please get in touch with us via [email protected] to notify us. Before getting in touch, please check your order to confirm a selection mistake hasn’t been made.

If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend the details.
If your order is already out for delivery to the incorrect address, we will need to wait for the order to return before we can resend it to the correct address.
Yes, we do deliver internationally. This service may incur additional international charges. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns policy for more details.
We endeavor to keep your personal details private and secure. We do not sell or share your details with unrelated third parties. We may store your email for future email campaigns and newsletters, and you can opt out at any time.
It is safe to shop with www.megaremedy.com. After entering your details, you are redirected to PayPal’s secure server page to enter payment details. These details are encrypted and processed immediately. We do not manually process card details or store card details on our servers.
Choosing supplements can be difficult, especially if you’re new to training. We offer free supplement advice via email and phone. If you’re not sure what’s right for your goals (adding muscle, reducing body fat, improving athletic performance, etc.), call or email us and we’ll help. We aim to provide honest advice based on years of experience and won’t push the most expensive option.
