Returns is aware that on occasion product issues can occur. In order to ensure we provide the best possible customer service when something does go wrong, please follow the guidelines set out below.

Product Returns
Non-defective products can be returned within 60 Days of invoice, in new condition with all original packing material and invoice/receipts for a refund minus the original shipping cost we paid to ship the product to you. The shipping charge will not be applicable in the event an incorrect item was shipped.

Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please take pictures and email these to within 24 hours of your delivery. We will not accept any claims for damaged items outside of this timeframe.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning all unwanted (non faulty) items back to us. We recommend using a courier with tracking number for insurance purposes.
All returns must first be authorized by a member of our Customer Services Team, at which time you will be supplied with all the relevant information regarding how to return your item to us. To do so please contact the Customer Service team via email or telephone.

We must receive the item(s) back within 60 days of receipt in an unopened and re-saleable condition!
Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient or incorrect address details are subject to a re-delivery charge.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
