Ingredients
Veronica officinalis stem, Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) leaf, Elderflower (Flores sambuci), Pine tips (Turiones Pini), Mallow (Malva silvestris) leaf, Field horsetail (Equisetum arvense) stem, Greek nettle (Urtica Urens) leaf, Irish moss (Chondrus crispus), Licorice root (Radix Liquiritae) root, Broadleaf plantain (Plantago major) leaves and stem. The herbal combination is made according to the recipes of Petar Dimkov
Usage
Steep 4 g (1 tablespoon) of this mixture in 250 ml of hot water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain (preferably through cheesecloth). Drink 75 ml of the decoction 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals. Sweeten with honey and lemon to taste. Drink for up to 2 months after the symptoms disappear. There are no age restrictions. For children under 7 years of age, the daily dose is half (3 times 40 ml of decoction). One Set of the mixture is sufficient for about 25 days.
