Usage
Internal use: Pour 500 g of boiling water over two tablespoons of finely chopped herb. Boil for a few minutes. Leave to steep for 30 minutes. Strain and take 80-150 g three times a day before meals. External use: Washing for vaginal discharge in women, hemorrhoids. The infusion for external use is prepared from 4 teaspoons of the herb and 200 g of boiling water.
