Veronica officinalis stem, Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara) leaf, Elderflower (Flores sambuci), Pine tips (Turiones Pini), Mallow (Malva silvestris) leaf, Field horsetail (Equisetum arvense) stem, Greek nettle (Urtica Urens) leaf, Irish moss (Chondrus crispus), Licorice root (Radix Liquiritae) root, Broadleaf plantain (Plantago major) leaves and stem.
