Ingredients
Broadleaf plantain (Plantago major), Leaves 13 g, White mulberry (Morus alba) leaves 12 g, Bilberries (Vaccinium myrtillus), Leaves 11 g, Viper's bugloss (Echium vulgare), Leaves and flowers 10 g, Blackberry (Rubus) root 5 g, St. John's wort (Centaurium erythraea), Leaf and flower 5 g, Phaseolus vulgaris dry pods 5 g, Rosa canina fruit 110 g, Vaccinium myrtillus fruit 25 g
Usage
One Setet of the mixture (36 g) is steeped in 1000 Ml of boiling water and simmered for 20 minutes. Strain immediately (preferably through cheesecloth). Drink 150 ml three times a day 20 minutes before meals. Contains 6 sachets of 36 g. Due to the specific nature of the mixture, one sachet (36 g) yields a decoction for two days, which should be stored in a cool place (refrigerator). One whole Set (216 g) of the mixture is sufficient for 12 days.
