Usage
Pro Supps Hydro BCAA Amino Acids with dragon fruit flavor x441g. Recommended daily intake: Dissolve 1 scoop (14.7 g) in 240-290 ml of cold water. Hydro BCAA can be taken before, during, and after training for maximum effectiveness.
