Usage
Colon Stim Fiber and synbiotic for normal intestinal peristalsis x200g. Directions for use: One full teaspoon (5 g) twice daily before meals, in the morning and in the evening. Mix in 100 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. The total daily amount of fluids consumed with each 5g of Colon Stim should not be less than 250 ml.
