Usage
The shape and size of Hydrocoll should be selected according to the wound. The Hydrocoll dressing should be at least one centimeter larger than the wound on all sides to ensure good fixation. Remove the protective paper and place Hydrocoll on the wound, shaping the edges well and pressing them down. When changing the dressing, hydrocolloid gel may remain on the wound, which should not be confused with pus. It does not interfere with the healing process of the wound and can be removed by washing if necessary. For wounds with minor complications, the Hydrocoll dressing can remain on the wound until it is completely healed for up to 7 days.
