Description
Hartmann Hydrocoll is a Self-Adhesive absorbent hydrocolloid dressing for the treatment of wounds in the granulation phase.
The hydrocolloid transforms into a gel on contact with wound exudate and forms a moist environment that stimulates granulation and epithelialization.
The upper breathable layer is impermeable to fluids and bacteria.

Ingredients
The treatment of chronic non, Infected wounds with mild to moderate exudation. For the treatment of second, Degree burns, To stimulate the re, Epithelialization process in areas from which skin grafts have been taken, For bruises, Hydrocoll should be changed when the dressing visibly discolours and the bubble of accumulated exudate forming in the centre reaches approximately the size of the wound
Usage
The shape and size of Hydrocoll should be selected according to the wound. The Hydrocoll dressing should be at least one centimeter larger than the wound on all sides to ensure good fixation. Remove the protective paper and place Hydrocoll on the wound, shaping the edges well and pressing them down. When changing the dressing, hydrocolloid gel may remain on the wound, which should not be confused with pus. It does not interfere with the healing process of the wound and can be removed by washing if necessary. For wounds with minor complications, the Hydrocoll dressing can remain on the wound until it is completely healed for up to 7 days.
Important
Do not apply to areas where bone, muscle, and tendons are exposed, clinically infected wounds, fungal infections, or third-degree burns;
The bandage is for external use only and should be applied to dry, clean skin;
