Chopped, Dried oak bark, 100%
Usage
For baths, add 60 g of chopped oak bark to 2000 Ml of boiling water. Boil for 20 minutes. Strain the decoction through cheesecloth. For gargling and gargling, place 2 tablespoons of chopped oak bark in 1000 Ml of boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. Strain the decoction through cheesecloth. Baths, rinsing, and gargling should be done 1-2 times a day.
