Usage
- Exfoliate and hydrate lips; blot excess balm.
- Outline with lip liner (optional), then apply lipstick from the center outward.
- Blot and reapply a thin layer for longevity.
- To set, place a tissue over lips and dust translucent powder through the tissue.
- Remove excess from inner lips to avoid transfer on teeth.
