Usage
- If you want a natural look, draw a line at the base of your upper lashes and lightly blend the color. - If you want a more defined look, draw a line at the base of the upper and lower lashes before applying eye shadow. - In the evening, before going to bed, remove your makeup with a suitable makeup remover.
