La Roche Posay Lipikar Syndet AP+ Cleansing Cream for Dry and Atopic Skin 400ml Apply La Roche Posay Lipikar Syndet Cream-Gel to wet skin in the shower. Lather with your hand or a soft sponge and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Gently pat dry with a towel without rubbing the skin.
