Please follow the steps: Step 1: Your hands are your main tool, so wash them thoroughly before you start! Then examine your o.b. tampon. If it is completely sealed, everything is fine. If not, do not use it. Take another one! Now find the colored tear strip and pull it. Once you have done this, remove the two ends of the wrapper, which will allow you to smell the sea breeze. Then find the end of the tampon string. Grab it and pull it firmly from left to right and from top to bottom. This expands the base of the tampon, forming a comfortable and protective pocket for your fingers. This is great because your finger plays the leading role in our next step: inserting the tampon. Step 2: Now, please place your index finger in the small protective pocket. Now, using your thumb and middle finger, grasp the tampon firmly. Then, place one foot up (for comfort, place your foot on the toilet seat or bathtub) or sit on the toilet. Step 3: Take a deep breath to relax. With your free hand, gently hold the skin around the vaginal opening. Now take the o.b. tampon and insert it into your vagina with your entire index finger, aiming for a position that points toward your lower back. When the tampon is in the right place, you will not feel it. If you still feel it, it means you need to insert it a little further. Leave the string outside your body. Wash your hands and you're done! It's that simple. Important! Don't forget to change your tampon at least every 8 hours! Wash your hands before changing it. Then take a deep breath to relax. Gently pull the string and you're done! Finally, throw it in the trash and wash your hands with soap and warm water.
