- Daily dosage: Up to 0.8 g of fixing cream (approximately 7 cm). - Clean the denture and mucosa of food debris. Squeeze the tube in the lower third near the opening and apply Protefix Fixing Cream with Aloe Vera to the denture (in the recesses that are in direct contact with the jaw). Then insert the denture and press it firmly into place for a few seconds. Wait 5 minutes before eating. If necessary, you can also apply fixing cream to the back edge of the upper denture. Protefix Fixing Cream with Aloe Vera should be applied sparingly, as excessive amounts may change the position of your denture and impair its fixation. Protefix Fixing Cream with Aloe Vera can be applied to wet and dry dentures. After applying the cream, close the tube carefully, making sure that the opening remains dry and clean, as any liquid entering the tube could cause the cream to harden. Stubborn residues of fixing cream can be removed with a cotton cloth dipped in oil (or liquid fat suitable for consumption). Under certain circumstances, oil may remain on the denture, but this will not alter the adhesive strength of the cream. Please simply remove the oil from the denture. Dentures cannot be permanently glued to the mucosa, and the use of adhesive cream should only be temporary.
