Secure the cuff about 1-2 cm above the elbow bend. For best results, place the cuff on your bare arm and hold it at heart level, as shown in the illustration. Measurement 1. Turning on Press and hold the "START/STOP" button until you hear a beep. The LCD display will light up for a second. A continuous tone indicates that the device is ready to measure. Note: The device will not work if there is residual air from previous measurements in the cuff. A downward arrow symbol will flash on the screen while the device automatically normalizes the pressure. 2. Inflating the cuff First, inflate to a pressure of 190 mmHg. If your systolic pressure is above 190 mmHg, the device will automatically inflate further to the required value. 3. Measurement After inflating the cuff, the air will slowly deflate until it reaches the required pressure. At the same time, a flashing heart symbol will appear on the display, indicating that the measurement has started. Note: Stay relaxed during the measurement. Do not talk or move your body. 4. Displaying the result on the display When the measurement is complete, the device will emit three short beeps. The display shows the systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurements. Turning off You can turn off the device at any time using the "START/STOP" button. The device turns off automatically if it has not been used for more than 3 minutes.
