Usage
For external use only! Aroma lamp - 5 drops of essential oil. Relieves fatigue, headaches, has a relaxing effect and improves sleep. For inhalation, bronchitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis, cough: Add 3 drops of essential oil to 1000 Ml of boiling water. Inhale for 5-10 minutes, 1-2 times a day. For a bath with a calming effect: Add 10 drops of anise oil to salt, which is added to the bath. Immerse the body up to the upper chest for 10 minutes, then wash with clean water. Massage: - on the body - improves blood circulation in the skin, has anti-inflammatory and toning effects; - on the bust - for firming and lifting the breasts and giving the skin a silky softness; - on the abdominal area - for colic and to aid the release of gas. Preparation of massage oil - add 15 drops of anise oil to 55 ml of base oil (jojoba, macadamia, almond, apricot kernel, wheat germ, grape seed, etc.).
