Usage
Zoya New Zealand Wheat Straw Powder, Organic x2 50g. Recommended daily dose: 1 teaspoon per day. If you have not taken wheatgrass before, we recommend that you start with a small dose and gradually increase the amount until you reach 1 teaspoon. For children aged 5 to 15, reduce the dose to half a teaspoon. Consume 30 minutes before meals in a shake, smoothie, freshly squeezed juice, or add to salad dressings, sauces, soups, or desserts.
