Usage
Please shake before use. For children aged 0-3 years, 1 teaspoon (5 ml), from 3-12 years: 2 teaspoons (10 ml), over 12 years of age, take 1 tablespoon in the morning or evening (12.5 ml) neat or mixed with cold fruit juice. Do not consume with hot drinks or alcohol.
