Balcho Nigella Sativa Oil is a natural product made from black seeds (nigella), also known as black cumin.
Nigella seeds contain 15 amino acids, including eight of the nine essential ones, carbohydrates, fatty acids, volatile oils, alkaloids, and fiber.

Usage
Balcho Black Seed Oil x100ml. Directions for use: Asthma, bronchitis, cough: 1) In the morning, at noon, and in the evening, drink 1 tablespoon of oil with up to 1/2 cup of lukewarm/warm water with a teaspoon of honey (lemon may also be added), at least 30 minutes before eating or without honey after eating. 2) Apply a small amount to the nostrils, inhale deeply several times, and spit out the secretion. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil to 500 ml of boiling water with chamomile and inhale twice a day. (A chest and back massage with olive oil or other massage oil mixed with nigella oil + drops of eucalyptus/lavender in a ratio of 5:1 (olive oil : nigella) is also recommended. Sinusitis: - Take 1 tsp of oil for chronic cases and up to 3 tsp daily for acute cases, inhaling a decoction of chamomile + 1 tsp of oil twice a day. Psoriasis: - Dosage - For adults, an average of 20 ml/day, in more stubborn cases up to 40 ml/day. For children aged 3-5 years - 1 tsp/day (5 ml); 6-11 years - 2 tsp/day; 10-16 years - 3 tsp/day. Start with 1 tsp (5 ml) twice daily for 10 days - in the morning and evening on an empty stomach 30-40 minutes before meals, then gradually increase the amount to 1 tsp (5 ml) 2-3 times daily for another 20 days. Then wrap with a woolen scarf or hat. A crushed clove of garlic can be added to the mixture and left to steep in the oil. Fatigue: For 10 days, drink 1 tablespoon of oil with orange juice in the morning. Nervous tension and insomnia: - 1 tsp oil with tea (lemon balm, thyme, hyssop, devil's mouth, hawthorn leaves) before bedtime. High blood pressure - 1 tsp oil with a clove of garlic before meals in the morning and evening. Drink with warm tea. Rheumatism, arthritis, injuries, and lower back/back pain: - Drink 3 teaspoons per day mixed with flaxseed oil. Heat a little olive oil, add the oil in a ratio of 1:5 (nigella: olive oil) and rub into the affected area. Stomach pain: - Lukewarm mint tea with 1 tsp of oil 3 times a day or until relief is obtained. For infant colic, warm 1 tsp of oil in your hands and rub it on the tummy in a clockwise direction.
