Usage
For adults: For colds and flu: - 2 tablets 3 times daily for the first 3 days; - 1 tablet 3 times a day on days 4 and 5. For prevention and immune system support: - 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) For children over 12 years of age: For colds and flu: - 1 tablet 3 times a day during the first 3 days; - 1 tablet twice daily on days 4, 5, and 6. For prevention and immune system support: - 1 tablet once a day (in the morning) Recommended use of the product: 30 minutes before meals with a warm drink (herbal tea).
