Usage
Enerzona Omega-3 RX EPA and DHA from fish oil x120 capsules. Take 1 (EPA 400 mg, DHA 200 mg) to 5 capsules (EPA 2 g, DHA 1 g) per day, depending on individual EPA and DHA requirements (see recommendations below). For those following the Zone nutrition strategy, the recommended daily dose is 4 capsules, which provide about 2.5 g of EPA and DHA per day.
