In maximum daily dose: Daily dose, 0.5 ml: Pure melatonin: 1.95 mg Other ingredients: Sweetener, Fructose, Flavoring, Lemon, Thickener, Xanthan gum, Preservatives, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate
Usage
Remove the plastic cap and measure the desired dose with the dispenser. Hold the liquid under your tongue for as long as possible, then swallow slowly: For adults: 0.5 ml (equivalent to 1.95 mg melatonin) 30 minutes before bedtime. For children 6+ Months (under professional supervision): 0.25 ml to 0.5 ml Note: The use of Melatonin Liquid in children is based on recommendations from the Spanish Society of Primary Outpatient Care in Pediatrics. It is recommended that Melatonin Liquid be taken at the same time every day.
