Usage
Recommended dose: 1/2 tablet daily with water before bedtime. The beneficial effect of facilitating adaptation after travel is achieved with a minimum intake of 5 mg, shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arrival. The beneficial effect of reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is achieved with a minimum intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
