Crushed, Dried leaves of blackcurrant, 100%
Usage
Steep 2 teaspoons of crushed Blackberry leaves in 350 ml of boiling water for 20 minutes at room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth. The infusion will keep for 12 hours if stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 20-80°C without freezing. Drink 100 ml of the strained infusion 3 times a day after meals.
