Usage
It is recommended to take one tablet daily. If you are planning to become pregnant, you should start taking Adipharm Folic Acid 1 month before conception and continue throughout the first three months of pregnancy. If the pregnancy is unplanned, you should start taking the product as soon as you find out you are pregnant. For athletes and people engaged in heavy physical labor - 1 tablet daily.
