Kidney tea is used once or twice a day, depending on the severity of the symptoms. One pinch of tea is brewed with 250 ml of hot water, left to stand for 5-10 minutes, and then drunk. The optimal course is 1-2 Sets. Kidney tea is appropriate for use in the presence of microorganisms in the urine, acidic pH, high levels of uric acid, kidney crises, and gout attacks.
