Usage
Geladrink Joint Recovery Powder with Strawberry Flavor x 340 g: Recommended daily dose: Adults - 1 measuring spoon (12 g) once a day. Children over 3 years of age - 1/2 measuring spoon (5 g) once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Preparation: Pour the specified dose into a glass, add 200-250 ml of water, stir with the enclosed stirrer, and drink after dissolving. Use Geladrin Plus every day to have a beneficial effect on or nourish your joints. The most appropriate time to take it is in the evening before bedtime. To achieve the beneficial effect of collagen hydrolysate, Prof. Adam recommends taking Geladrin Plus for at least 2 months, three times a year. Continuous use is acceptable! One Set is sufficient for 28 daily doses.
