Description
Harmonica Organic Mursal Tea Syrup is a concentrated syrup with a fresh herbal aroma for making non-alcoholic juice.
It is prepared by extracting water from the dried flowers of the herb, collected from the area around the Rhodope village of Trigrad.
It is gently heated to 60 degrees, and at the end of the process, for no more than a minute, to 70 degrees.
