Organic India Wellness Tea Tulsi Laxative x25 filter bags. Directions for use: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one filter bag and leave to steep for 5-10 minutes. Recommended dose: 1 teaspoon in the morning and evening before bedtime for no more than 7 consecutive days.
