Usage
Before use, it is recommended to test for tolerance to the product - apply and rub the mixture into the inside of the elbow bend and wait 4-6 hours for a skin and general body reaction! Aroma lamp: 3-5 drops of oil added to an aroma lamp have a relaxing effect, relieving fatigue and headaches and improving sleep. Inhalation: Boil 1000 Ml of water and add 2-3 drops of essential oil. Inhale the vapors for 10 minutes up to twice a day. Cold inhalation: Inhale 1 to 2 drops on a handkerchief for 5-10 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day. Gargle: Add 1-2 drops to 1 tablespoon of honey and dissolve in 1 cup of warm water. Rinsing: Add 2 drops to 1 tablespoon of honey and wait until dissolved in 1 cup of warm water, take up to 5-7 times a day. Bath: Add 7-10 drops to the bath. Immerse the entire body for 10 minutes, excluding the head, neck, and upper chest. Massage: Mix 20 drops with 55 ml of base oil (almond, wheat germ, jojoba, apricot kernel, etc.). Enriching shampoo: 3-5 drops per 100 ml
