Remove bedding and pillowcases Take a 100% cotton sheet to cover the mattress and pillows (as these are the main reservoir for house dust mites). Spray the entire surface evenly (every 30 cm) with the ExAller® solution and leave it to work for 1 to 2 hours at most. Treat the pillows separately in the same way. Then remove the sheet with the "trapped" micro-mites and wash it in a washing machine at 60°C. The mattress and pillows should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter to remove any remaining allergens. Active treatment requires one treatment per week for the first 3 weeks, followed by maintenance treatment once a month to prevent recurrence.
