Usage
Remove the applicator from the sealed pouch. 1. Shake the applicator so that the contents move to the top. 2. Remove the cap by twisting it. 3. Insert the applicator into the vagina. 4. Squeeze out the contents. It is best to use it in the evening before bedtime. Use for as long as necessary.
