JYM Pro Protein Blend of fast, moderate, and slow-digesting proteins with chocolate mousse flavor, 907 g. Recommended daily intake: Dissolve 1 (one) measuring spoon (36 g) in 180-360 ml of water or milk to achieve the desired consistency. Take 1-2 servings (36-72 g) 30 minutes before training and 1-2 servings (36-72 g) 30 minutes after training.
