Usage
Steep 2 tablespoons of the herb in 500 ml of boiling water. The infusion is left to steep for 30 minutes. It is recommended to consume 80 ml three times a day before meals. For external use (compresses, rinses), make an extract from 1 tablespoon of the herb, soaked for 30 minutes in 250 ml of water.
