The tea is prepared by pouring 250 ml of hot water over 1 filter bag, then steeping for about 5-10 minutes. For adults, it is recommended to drink twice a day for 1-2 months. For children over 12 years of age, the dose is half that for adults, steeped for 5 minutes, for 1 month.
