Usage
Take one capsule daily with a glass of water for 15 days before sun exposure. Can be used throughout the year. It is not recommended to exceed the daily dose. The capsules are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The capsules do not stop the harmful effects of UV rays and it is not recommended to use them together with other products containing selenium.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
Avoid direct contact with eyes.
Do not use after the expiry date.
