- Wash your hands with soap and water before you start. - Wash the bottle, nipple, and cap and sterilize them (boil them for 5 minutes). - Boil drinking water for 5 minutes, then let it cool to 40-50°C, or use Bebelan bottled water and heat it to 40-50°C. - Fill the feeding bottle with ? of the amount of water you need. - Add the exact number of level scoops of Bebelan Lacta 3, using only the measuring spoon provided. Close the bottle, tighten the cap, and shake. Add the remaining amount of water and shake again until completely dissolved. - Check the temperature of the milk by dropping a few drops on the inside of your wrist. Start feeding with Bebelan Lacta 3 if it feels warm, not hot.
