- Wash your hands with soap and water before you start. - Wash the bottle, nipple, and cap and sterilize them (boil them for 5 minutes). - Boil drinking water for 5 minutes, then let it cool to 40-50°C, or use Bebelan bottled water and heat it to 40-50°C. - Fill the feeding bottle with the required amount of water. - Add the exact number of level scoops of Bebelan Lacta AR, using only the scoop provided. Close the bottle, tighten the cap, and shake until completely dissolved. - Check the temperature of the milk by dropping a few drops on the inside of your wrist. Start feeding with Bebelan Lacta AR if it feels warm, not hot.
