Topfer Dairy-free organic porridge with whole grain spelt for babies 6+ Months 175g - As a milk feed 6+ Months: Boil 100 ml of whole fresh milk and 100 ml of water immediately before feeding. If you do not want to use fresh milk, you can prepare the meal using Lactana Bio - infant milk or follow-on milk suitable for the respective age. Allow to cool to about 50 °C. Pour into the porridge bowl, add 6 tablespoons (approximately 25 g) of porridge and stir. Leave to swell for about 1 minute until the desired consistency is reached. Leave to cool to a temperature suitable for feeding (approximately 37 °C). - As a fruit meal 6+ Months: Mix 2 tablespoons (approx. 10 g) of the porridge with 70 ml of freshly boiled and cooled to approx. 50 °C water. Add 100 g (approx. 6-7 tablespoons) of fruit puree or puréed fruit (e.g. apples, pears, bananas) and the meal is ready.
