Place the mouthpcs, which fits into the end of the tube, in your mouth, and the soft part of the nasal aspirator in your baby's nose. You can adjust the vacuum by the suction force of your mouth. For best results, one nostril should always be closed. If the secretion in the nose is very sticky, loosen it with the saline solution (Nad) provided in the box before suctioning. Suction intermittently until the nostril is clear of secretions.
