Usage
- Use warmed - Lightly moisten the cover; the moisture provides additional comfort and helps stimulate milk flow. - Use chilled - Place the pads in the refrigerator or freezer for a while.
Important
Use the pads at a minimum temperature of -0.4°F (-18°C) and a maximum temperature of 122°F (50°C).
Do not heat in a microwave oven.
Always use with the covers.
Never use the thermal pads on broken skin.
