Pour about half of the specified amount of water into the bottle. - Pour in the dry contents using the measuring spoon. Always level off full measuring spoons with a knife. - Close the bottle and shake vigorously. - Pour in the rest of the water and shake vigorously again. Allow to cool to a suitable drinking temperature. Always check the temperature on your wrist beforehand. Do not heat the prepared solution in a microwave oven, as there is a risk of overheating!
