Usage
Remove the cap and apply the gel to the affected areas (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, thighs, knees, ankles, feet) using circular massaging movements. As often as necessary, up to several times a day. Massage the product into the skin for a few minutes or as long as desired. Wash your hands thoroughly after use.

Do not apply to damaged skin (wounds, burns, sunburn) or around the eyes;
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding or on children under 5 years of age;
