How to use Respistim Plus Immune Support Complex, Vitamins and Minerals x30 tablets: Adults and children over 9 years of age - one tablet daily with food. Children aged 2-8 years should use RespiStim Plus for Children. If swallowing is difficult, the tablet can be broken in half. The daily dose of one tablet can be divided into two doses (morning and evening).
