Usage
Softgel capsules can be taken with or without food with plenty of water (250-500 ml). First week: 1-2 softgel capsules 3 times daily. Second week: 2-4 softgel capsules 3 times daily. Third week and beyond: 3-6 softgel capsules 3 times daily.
