100 mg Passiflora (Passionflower) standardized dry extract containing 3.5% flavonoids such as vitexin. Allora also contains stabilizers (E480, A binding agent (E1201), A diluent (E470b)

For sleep disorders and insomnia, it is recommended to take 2 to 3 tablets once a day, 1 hour before bedtime. For anxiety and nervousness, take 1 tablet three times daily before meals. For children over 3 years of age and adults over 65 years of age, Alora tablets should be started at the minimum dose.
