Usage
The thermometer has a built-in switch that reacts to vibration. To turn it on, tap it lightly with your palm. The room temperature will be displayed on the screen. Stir the water in the tub to even out the temperature. Place the thermometer in the tub with the display facing up and read the temperature. We recommend a maximum water temperature of 37 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is higher than 39 degrees Celsius, the display will flash red and signal hot water by displaying HOT. If the temperature is below 32 degrees Celsius, the display will show COLD. Monitor the temperature while bathing. After bathing, remove the thermometer and dry it with a towel. If necessary, you can wash the thermometer with soap. The thermometer switches off automatically after 1 hour. Store the thermometer in a dry place after use. Replacing the battery Important! The thermometer should only be immersed in water after strictly following the instructions for changing the battery. The thermometer only works with a CR2032 battery. It needs to be replaced when the display readings fade. The battery must be replaced by an adult. Important! The thermometer must be completely dry before replacing the battery. Turn the thermometer upside down so that you can see the battery compartment. Use a fork to open the battery compartment by turning it counterclockwise in the direction of OPEN. Over time, the cover may stick, so use a thin object to pry it open. Remove the old battery. Insert a new battery, making sure the polarity is correct. Check that the seal is correctly positioned and intact. Tighten the cover securely using a fork in a clockwise direction.
