Usage
Nutrex Amino Charger + Hydration Amino acids and hydrating complex with mango flavor - fruit lemonade x 399 g: Recommended daily intake: Shake the container well before use. Dissolve 1 (one) measuring spoon (13.3 g) in 240-290 ml of cold water, take between meals. On training days, take 1 (one) measuring spoon (13.3 g) dissolved in 240-290 ml of cold water during or immediately after training.
